These are some of the most frequently asked questions we encounter but it's not exhaustive so if you have a question not answered here then don't hesitate to ask us!

I want a web page for my family but don't know how. Can you help?

We certainly can, as we cater for all sizes of web presence, from a small home page to database-driven multi page websites. We use a range of hosting, from the free web space provided by your ISP to professional web hosting, either through us or through another hosting service. If you just need a little help to finish your very own masterpiece, we are happy to give you as much or as little assistance as you desire.

I'm looking to either upgrade my existing computer or buy a new one but I am not sure what to get. Can you help?

Yes! From simply providing advice on popular economic options, to sourcing a system for you or even the components for you to build a custom made system. We can even help you build a network for the home or office if you want one. And you're not locked into using Windows either: if you prefer, we can assist you to set up a Linux or UNIX system.

I want my computer upgrading, how does this affect my warranty.

We can of course provide all the assistance you need to complete an upgrade, from sourcing components to providing advice and carrying out the work for you. However, most companies will consider your warranty invalid if you open the case, or if work is carried out by anyone not approved by them. You should check first before carrying out any upgrades on a computer.

I have bought a PC but I'm not sure how to work it. Can you help?

Most definitely. We can provide training wherever you use the computer whether that's the home or office, ranging from a basic introduction to the features your particular system offers, to more in depth training on specific applications or software.

Maintenance

If I get you to build my website, will you also help me maintain it?

Certainly. We can provide you with a complete solution ranging from teaching you how to maintain the site yourself, to Service Level and Maintenance Agreements. We can also help you to choose any software you might need to make your tasks easier. Whatever you need, we will do our utmost to accommodate you.

I work for a charity. We don't have a lot of money to invest. Can you help?

Again yes. Registered charities qualify for special rates as negotiated before commencement of any work. This can range from a fixed fee for a project to special discounts on hosting and maintenance schemes. This can make the solution very cost effective for your organisation .
